Certification of services in maintenance and repair of vehicles is currently very popular and relevant.
It is recalled that certification is voluntary (it is defined in the Federal law "On technical regulation"), but most businesses prefer to go through this procedure.
The main reasons why automobile companies and garages to seek the certification services are:
- tougher requirements potential users – legal entities to enter into contracts for maintenance of its fleet, and, on the basis of tenders, and not obliged to hold tenders, but want to have confirmation of the quality of expected services;
- the current indirect the need for a certificate, due to a desire to provide services for the changes to the design of vehicles, in particular for the installation of LPG equipment, conversion training or off-road vehicles;
- when installing additional equipment on the car within the warranty period;
- when proceedings relating to warranty obligations when you install the purchased replacement parts – in case of inadequate quality, as when referring to the parts supplier the first question is: I installed spare parts "in the garage" or in certified service?
In addition to the aforementioned reasons, largely external to the enterprise, there are more internal reasons, namely in case of certification there are any omissions associated with the processing of the documents, condition of equipment, qualification of personnel. Discovered in time to a friendly atmosphere verification (a verification of certification is this character) can be solved routinely, without waiting for a "shot hanging on the wall of a gun". Better to find out something negative about their work not from customers and regulatory authorities and certifying organizations, having time and opportunity to adjust.
